We have a system in place that allows us to respond quickly and courteously in the unlikely event of an accident or trouble, so even first-time car rental users can use our services with peace of mind.
Insurance and compensation included in rental car fees

- Any compensation or damages exceeding the compensation limit under this compensation system will be borne by the customer.
- If the insurance policy falls under the disclaimer clause or if the J Rent-A-Car rental terms and conditions are violated, all compensation will not be applied and the customer will be responsible for the full amount of damages and compensation.
- All indirect damages, including business losses and cargo damages caused by malfunctions in the rental car’s equipment, will be borne by the customer.
- We ask that customers arrange their own insurance coverage for such damages.
Examples of insurance not applicable
- If you do not report the accident to the police
- Accidents caused by reckless driving or speeding
- If you leave the rental car with the key in
- Accidents caused by unlicensed driving
- Accidents caused by drunk driving
- J. When the exemption clause of the rental car rental agreement or insurance agreement applies.
Non-Operation Charge (NOC)
In the unlikely event that a vehicle needs to be repaired or cleaned due to a traffic accident, theft,
damage, odor, etc., the following amount will be charged as business compensation.

Wide Compensation System (Collision Waiver System)
This is a system that exempts you from paying the deductible for property damage and vehicle damage in the event of an accident. Those under the age of 21 or those who have had a driver's license for less than three years cannot join this system.
