Reservation cancellation fee

If you cancel your reservation for personal reasons, you will be charged a cancellation fee set by our company.Please note that if we do not
receive any contact from you within one hour of the scheduled departure time, your reservation will be canceled.

Passenger cars and commercial vehicles

  • Cancellation of same-day reservations free
  • 7 days before the reserved departure datefree
  • 6 to 3 days before the departure date20% of the scheduled basic fee
  • 2 days to 1 day before the reserved departure date 30% of the scheduled basic fee
  • On the day of your reserved departure date50% of the scheduled basic fee

Minibus

  • 30 days or more before the departure date free
  • 15 days or more before the departure date 50% of the total fee for the reservation period
  • Within 14 days of the reserved departure date The full amount of the total fee for the reservation period
