If customer harassment is confirmed, unfortunately we will not do business with or provide any customer service to you. In severe cases, we will consult with the police, lawyers, or other appropriate authorities and take strict action.

Requests or actions from customers that lack validity in content, or that, even if valid, are implemented in a way that is inappropriate according to social standards and harms the working environment of employees.
